I admit those are special prices (for us pros). Ordinary
customers have to pay a bit more than that, about 15/20% more,
although reprints prices double for them (not for me...).
They do not usually do 1 hour treatment; thay can, though. If
I'm in a real hurry I can have big enlargements done the same
day.
The quality is high and I trust them a lot, being their customer
for almost 15 years.

The only time they screwed up a series of prints (and the only
time I chose to have a series 13x18cm instead of the
proofprints)... was my best friend's wedding shooting (!!!). I
was so sure I had done something wrong with the exposure I let
my friend look at the prints before giving a closer look at the
negs (guess how mournful I was...).
Surprise! The negatives were fine, but the lab had chosen the
wrong paper and badly darkened the pictures.

It happens, sometimes...

Gianfranco

PS: My friend, even after receiving the enlargements (wonderful
prints), still thinks I'm a bad photographer. An interesting
lesson...
