I respectfully disagree here, gentlemen. The problem is alignment
precision, especially with time, after sensor has been changed many
times, can becomes either source of technological problem and
consequently - high price or alternatively, it can make the user life
miserable.

My understanding of the design is that the lens and sensor come as one unit. In the case of the sensor with lens mount, there will be no more alignment problems than exist presently.
