PDML only accepts plain text (ASCII text). If you had the link "active" (blue and underlined) it may have been stripped out. Be sure to format your

I have AOL mail, which normally is a rich text format. When sending to PDML, I have to: write my email, then select all and compose as plain text,
each time I post. It's easy to forget to do.

It means we have to copy the link and paste it into our browsers, rather
than click it, but that's PDML.

I get live links in PDML plain text messages.

That's your email program recognizing a link by it's http:// signature and formatting it appropriately. If you had your email software set to ONLY see text, it would leave it as plain text, I think.

If it doesn’t excite you,
This thing that you see,
Why in the world,
Would it excite me?
