I'm thinking a few things: 1. 16-50 wide open and zoomed full-wide 2. "cable release" to hold the shutter open for 25secs-1 minute at a time 3. ISO 1000 or so 4. Dark frame subtraction OFF and let ACR sort out the noise and hot pixels when importing into Lightroom.
Does it sound like I'm more-or-less on the right track? Would anyone make any drastic changes to those plans? Last time I tried to shoot 'em, I had film. FILM. It was around 1999/2000 and they were so bright I could see them casting shadows. -Charles -- Charles Robinson - [email protected] Minneapolis, MN http://charles.robinsontwins.org http://www.facebook.com/charles.robinson -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
