Once upon a time, I watched lots of 'Focus Groups' where I sat in a dark room behind a mirror and watched 10 folks and a moderator discuss the merits and drawbacks of various things. (It's a way to get 'crazy ass young marketing types' in touch with what real customers think about their latest offerings.) Cops were always the most observant, especially when were critiquing some changes in the service system. They walk thru life aware. The rest of the public is in a fog by comparison. Regards, Bob S.
