Anyway, I walked into a new coffee shop (not just "new to
me", rather, "just opened") in Toronto's Kensington Market.
He's got a beautiful space and (as you'll see) shows art.
The espresso machine, counter and stools are half-way toward
the back so that looking out the front all one sees is framed
art and the big window onto the street. I won't say any
more, or why liked what I saw; hopefully you'll see and feel

Looks like a nice cool groovy café. But call me cynical, I wonder how long
it will take him to figure out the cost of that empty square footage, and
how much it could earn if he stuck a few tables on it.
