Blurb.com makes it impossible to sell the same book with both standard and Premium Paper :( For a while I had a separate "book" listed for just the Premium version, but orders for the more expensive book dropped off and referencing 2 URL's was suboptimal so I removed it. I've just adjusted the settings so that you can buy the Permium Paper version from Blurb. The standard version can be ordered through my web site (I keep some of the paperback on hand at all times).
