Here's the email I just sent off to Michael. I'm not sure whether there are 2 or 4 photoshops available, I'll let people know when they come in, and if the premium is too expensive they can pass it on to the next person on the list. It's possible that the premium may cost as much as $100, which is still a good deal. I don't want to be too much of a pest, I'm certain that someone will want whatever I get.
