I think they were still manufacturing lenses, although the Super-Rotator TS seems to have been out of production for some time.

Super Rotator is not an Arsenal product. Hartblei uses Arenal-made parts to manufacture lenses. Arsenal is a military factory, they're actually out from civilian photo products manufacturing for years. Until now they have simply sold slowly their stocks - parts, half-assembled cameras and lenses - but final assembly was finished years ago. Some time ago I used to repair quite many Kiev 6x6cm cameras and here (Tallinn, Estonia) was a ukrainian guy , who visited the factory time-to-time and brought me needed parts.
