One of my favorite things, Tim. The warmth, the occasional POP and
ongoing crackle, and your eyes drying up from staring at the fire in
deep thought, while waiting to put out the next ember that lands on
the rug! :-)
Nice captures of the little things that tend to the fires for us.

I shot a bunch with the 50-135 and they were nice & vivid. Then I
switched to the Sigma 30mm f1.4, cranked it wide, took a kazillion
shots fighting the infinitesimal DOF, and the one or two that came out
were so much more alive, dunno why. -T
