As well as having lovely plumage, Johnny Penguin is a philosophical bird. In each flock there is one individual known as the Chinstrap Strapper. His or her role (it is a non-sexist society) is to strap the chinstraps of those who do not strap their own chinstrap.
The question is, who straps the chinstrap of the Chinstrap Strapper?
