I got you fooled, Bob. You see, the string of lights is from some static light source (probably road lights) and you're looking at the wadi that goes across Tel Aviv south to north (Ayalon, I think, is its name - the same as the highway, or probably the other way around - the road was named after the wadi). So basically, it runs between two walls of concrete...

I've DA21, thanks to your help. For now I opted to give it to Galia as her wide angle lens and get myself another lens, in order not to multiply the same lens. Thus, I decided to try FA 20. It is slightly faster, slightly wider, sharp wide open and on down side it is bigger, does not have quick shift focus and has somewhat more quirky AF.
