Jim Bauder obtain permission from Al Clemens for me to create a Gallery on the DCTRA site for an incredible archive of over 1,200 Vintage Racing, AutoX and Field event photos from the early through mid 60's.

Check out the close up candid photos captioned as Phil Hill (although it looks like Sterling Moss to me) and Innes Ireland at Sebring 1963.

Plus the upside down MGA in a canal in Palm Beach with Scuba Divers pulling the car out of the water. Straight out of the Sly Stallone stinker "Driven"

Cool Go-Kart photos in the Lakeland Autocross gallery

Most of the photos are B&W with a few color shots.

Subject: [WtW] Any one notice this car

In the archive of Vintage photos that I posted the other day was a unique Corvette shown in the archive titled "courtland-al-race-6209"

http://www.dctra.org/?p=689

It looks like a 62 Vette with the exception of the heavily modified nose and the glass bubble top canopy

It interested me so I Googled "corvette bubble top" and found a flyer showing the car is the 1960 Show Car.

Searching for XP-700 led me to this write up about this one-off car

There are some real treasures in this archive of high quality photos.
