He looks more thanm old enough to have passed on his genes by now, which makes him ineligible for the Darwin awards. Personally I agree he's an idiot. Although the laws of physics make it reasonably easy to predict roughly where the car is going to end up, he's cutting it much too fine (leaving a margin of safety measured in inches, not in feet). If I'd ever done anything that stupid at the track I'd have expected my credentials to be revoked.
