Christine, Can we get some basic paramaters on this event? What's the count on who's coming? Committed vs Intending and International vs not? What activities on what days? Is it a Thursday night pre-opening party or is that Friday? Will US folks do Friday-Sat-Sunday? International a bit longer on either end? Can we get most folks at hotel 1 or hotel 2 (alternative price classes?). I'm thinking that I have a 6 passener van and we could do some tours. Is Jostein coming? Can he bring his slide show of the Antarctic? (Why should the folks at Nordfjord photoclub have all the fun.) Regards, Bob S.
