But frankly, sending HTML email is just plain rude unless someone's asked to get their email that way. Most places ask you which format you want.

Good to know. I've never had a problem that I'm aware of, so I probably won't worry about it. But I appreciate the info.

You probably won't either. One of the few advantages of Mac's is that the virus writers mostly leave you guys alone.
