Yup, it is Folsom Lake (or pond).  I believe the horizon is about
right - the reddish earth on the left is sloping down towards the
lake - it is not level.

For those interested, this is taken from the bottom of the ramp where
water would be most of the summer - it is quite low now and we are
hoping for enough snow for the reservoir to recover in spring.
