Second time in 20 years I've been awake at midnight to witness the new
year. Not a big deal for me.
They have a big celebration downtown called First Night, but it's
alcohol free and a more obnoxious crowd than I'm willing to tolerate
sober. Plus I consider the admission charge exorbitant for what's on offer.
Think I'll take a wander in the morning and see if I can gen up some
inspiration.
But I enjoyed what I was doing tonight, and I hope everyone else had a
good time.
