(pardon me, I'm feverish, stuck at work, and thus a bit ranty and rambling)
I'm going to start back up shooting B&W, I think, but because I won't be developing my own (as of yet), I figured I'd just use a C41 process B&W film. I know of Kodak T400CN and there's something else, too. First, anyone have any preferences? Second of all, do yellow and orange filters have teh same contrast enhancing effects on C41 B&W as they do on traditional silver halide B&W? Can someone suggest two filters to pick up, as I'm somewhat baffled by the range of options. That is, what "level" of each I should be looking at? Yes, I'm aware that filters won't make me any better, but at the same time, I'd like to have the additional flexibility to enhance contrast (and sometimes bring clouds out, should I opt for that route). Yes, I think that's all I needed to say. Again, I apologize for the rambling nature of this.. -g. -- http://www.infotainment.org "The destructive character is cheerful." - Walter Benjamin - This message is from the Pentax-Discuss Mail List.
