I have had two pouring rain, sopping wet, 2-hour shoots with my K10D and DA 
16-45, without any mishap.  I have a microfiber towel in my bag, and I just 
mopped the lens off occasionally.  I didn't dare change lenses in the blowing 
rain, though!
