Suda Mafud, Kirkland Ramsey and M.T. Greene were all the same person (he even occasionally forgot to switch AOL screen names when posting under a different personal name). Listmeister Brewer told me that he later signed up under several other different names, but just for very brief periods (usually ending when Doug sent him an email saying "Hi Mafud!") I always found him more amusing (and a little sad) than annoying, but perhaps I missed him at his worst.
