Just a few minutes ago an interesting radio story about how bicycles are helping folks in 3rd world countries aired on WBEZ*. The woman being interviewed is also a photography teacher. I didn't catch all of the story, but what I did hear was interesting. The 1st link is to WBEZ, and I'm sure quite soon they'll post the radio story. It just aired, so it's probably not up on the web site yet. The 2nd link is to the World Bicycle Relief, the organization running the bicycle program. Just thought you bike folks might be interested.
