Hi All!

What are the practical pro's and con's of the roll vs. sheet paper when
used with inkjet printers (in particular EPSON, - R2880 or R2400)?
I am considering 13"x19" vs. 13"-wide roll.

I guess, roll paper is a bit more versatile in how you can cut it.
But it's easier to deal with the sheets.

One of the specific questions I have in mind is whether the paper
out of a roll tends to curl after you print on it.

Yet a different question: what are the economical (while
good and easy to use) paper cutters suitable for cutting 13"x19"?

I have an R1800, so ymmv. My cure for curl is to roll the print back against the curl and leave it for a few hours. An empty core from an A3 roll and some big rubber bands works well for just that purpose. This is after the print has dried, of course.
