Hi Mike, are you asking me or telling me about company policy? If you're asking me, I don't know. I have sent stuff since the move, I think (although I can't remember when the move happened), but I did not ask for it to be cut & sleeved, so it came back mounted.
I used to go to the lab when I had a lot of film to process which was important. Eg after a trip abroad. But I have also sent single rolls and asked (I phoned first) for cut & sleeve, as well as other things such as pushing. I assume this was when they were in Wimbledon as I didn't have to speak in Romansch or whatever they speak in Timbuctoo. The people in Wimbedon were always very good and helpful to me whether I went in person or phoned. I hope this has not been lost in the move to Swaziland. The secret may be to identify yourself to them as a professional photographer; this may encourage them to work hard for you. --- Bob mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Friday, January 18, 2002, 9:55:49 AM, you wrote: > Hi, > Sorry for the long quote, but it's relevant.
