Hi Mike,

are you asking me or telling me about company policy? If you're asking
me, I don't know. I have sent stuff since the move, I think (although
I can't remember when the move happened), but I did not ask for it to
be cut & sleeved, so it came back mounted.

I used to go to the lab when I had a lot of film to process which was
important. Eg after a trip abroad. But I have also sent single rolls
and asked (I phoned first) for cut & sleeve, as well as other things
such as pushing. I assume this was when they were in Wimbledon as I
didn't have to speak in Romansch or whatever they speak in Timbuctoo.

The people in Wimbedon were always very good and helpful to me whether
I went in person or phoned. I hope this has not been lost in the move
to Swaziland. The secret may be to identify yourself to them as a
professional photographer; this may encourage them to work hard for you.
