Those were turbo V-6's in the early '80's.  1500hp in qualifying trim tuned
down to 1000 in race trim....  Amazing.  Michael Schumacher drove one as a
publicity thing a couple of years ago and was scared of the power and the
way it is so different than his modern ride.
