I'm going to take a contrary view and say I don't think it's creepy. It's clearly a doll's hand, and it's under the snow. Some poor kid lost it. Were it near a disaster, accident, fire or crime scene it would be very sad, but without knowing anything of the surroundings, it's just a bit sad. I think I'd like it a lot more if it were rotated 90 degrees counterclockwise.
