One of the pictures that I'm thinking of submitting was taken at the
San Francisco Lindy Exchange:

I don't know either of the dancers, much less the people in the
background. Therefore model releases are not available, or really an
option. Would the lack of a release disqualify the picture? Or does it
matter?
