I love the shot, great timing. It's too bad you couldn't shoot from a
little over to your left so that he wasn't quite so obscured by
cymbols. Chances are he would have then been obscured by a guitar.
Drummers are hard too shoot. They're always poorly lit, blocked by the
other band members, and autofocus much prefers focusing on the drum
kit in front, rather than the person behind it, so you have to
manually focus.
Just getting a clear shot of a drummer is an accomplishment, kudos for
getting a clear shot with good timing and composition.
