Sorry to hear that John and you're in my prayers for a full recovery.
I can think of quite a bunch that could do this trick, I hope it is
one of the less aggressive ones. Mind you, I am a bit preoccupied with
viruses at this time, so please take my comment with a grain of salt

I am more or less back on my feet today, so it seems to be one of the
fast hit, fast recovery ones.
All I've got left now is pain from having spent a day and a half flat on
my back. I seem to lose muscle tone really fast.
