Nope, brunette. And, yeah, very cute. Hella cute, is apt. I'm glad everyone noticed her feet - I thought they upped the cuteness factor by several magnitudes as well. I shot about 8 or 10 of her, and she did that with her feet in just about all of them. I guess it's a nervous habit of hers, or just something she does without realizing it. Whatever the case, they make the pic, IMHO.
