Basically, the form limits file size to 256k and I have JAlbum set to resize the photos to 720x720, maximum. They were originally 800x800, but a few people had trouble seeing them on their laptop screens or something like that. There are some options available in JAlbum for making the original file, or a larger file, available, but I imagine it would take up some space on the Komkon servers.
