You're still making assumptions here based on your own preferences.

I still shoot predominantly JPEG and I know several other
"serious amateurs" who use JPEG for the majority of their
shots.  I want RAW (or RAW+JPEG), but I still want JPEGs.

Don't forget frame rate.
(and if you're designing a camera for indoor use,
why does it need weather sealing?)

And, again, you're still building your ideal camera.  There's a
whole lot more to be said about AF than just "good autofocus".
Plus for Sports/PJ use there are features like wireless connectivity,
dual memory card slots, etc., that Pentax don't even address today.
