I cannot load film into my ME Super, I can crank the lever but the exposure indicator does not advance and the shutter does not set. Also with the film in, if you try to crank the shutter and advance the film you can feel the tension is not right to pull the film forward and set the shutter. You know it is just the crank lever moving.
The shutter release button pushes right down and does not release the shutter because it does not set. I removed the film and with the back open when you crank the mechanism you can see the shutter does not set, no matter what speed you set it to. So simply put the mechanism is not loading the film or setting the shutter. Is there somebody in the group who can lead me in a direction to solve this problem.
