I don't think you want a fisheye for interiors. I think you'll want
rectilinear. Don't get me started again on why Tokina 11-16mm f2.8 is
not available for Pentax.

Sigma has a new f3.5 10-20mm if the small increase in speed is that
important to you ($200 worth of importance). Some say there is a
sharpness price to pay. If you are looking at an f4 lens, the 10-20mm
Sigma will gain you a (35mm equiv.) 3mm focal length on the wide end,
compared to the Pentax 12-24mm (15mm vs 18mm).

The only other lens I'd mention is the Sigma 12-24mm which has the
advantage of also covering a full frame 35mm, if you shoot film or
want to hedge your bets on a possible Pentax full frame camera in
future years.
