I know what you are trying to achieve, and IMO you are 75 per cent there. It just needs a bit more 'missing bits' if you like - the odd letter could be missing part of a stroke. At the moment it looks like it could possibly be a reasonable font that has been copied and pasted a dozen times and trying to be clean...
