I think you're right as they were tending to perch in the same places a bit.

I took quite a few shots in the area around #1 until I saw the shutter speed 
and thought there's no way any of those will work.  You can see at the top an 
out of focus branch.  I thought that had ruined the shot until I cropped the 
top of it out so it's less distracting.

I had a few goes at the last one with him facing in different directions but 
that was my pick.  I think this is my favourite photo of the whole session as 
there isn't anything distracting in it.

Thanks to everyone for all the comments.  I still love that FA 200mm lens.  And 
I need to get my printer up and running again.
