Brilliant! We have a very good cheese shop here but I try not to go there too often. You walk into the cool room and they'll give you a taste of anything you ask for and cut off however much you want to buy. The last one we bought smelt like the apocalypse. Tasted like corned beef. Absolutely delicious.
