Paul, I agree that American car companies are interested but it's the American public (and more to the point, the American TV broadcasters) that show little interest. Thank god for Speedvision. If it wasn't for that channel I would not be able to watch any motor racing except NASCAR.
Yes the Vipers and Cadillacs do well but we don't get to watch them do well unless we go to the races (or maybe see them tape-delayed on ESPN a week or month late).
