I shied away from the K100D because of its smaller viewfinder compared to the DS and while I knew that the K-x' was in the same class at the K100D, I never really noticed it being smaller or darker compared to the DS/K10D. Although I never tried putting an MF lens so far on the K-x, most of the time I was using my FA 80-320 which I focus manually (its a hopeless focus hunter).
