I've actually guessed at some of these 16 and even some of the extended ones for my text in some of my ebay listings. I had gotten a chart a couple of years ago but between printing it out (boy did I find out how useless that was) in a chart to show me the colors, their names and numbers, but it was an extended list and when I tried to use the numbers to get a color I wanted the names made no sense in some cases. I know that "darkblue" works, and that "purple" is darker than "violet". although it is rather fun guessing, I dont always want to fiddle.
