Not that huge, relatively speaking. 40MP 14-bit RAW vs 14MP for a K-7 gives a ballpark figure of maybe 4x the size of a K-7 file. If you can drop $10K on a camera you're probably not short of the odd terabyte of disk space or GB of RAM.
