Tried one out for size today, K10D with D-BG2, Kirk L-Bracket and DA*
16-50, local dealer was looking to get rid of it at a great price.
Result: body and bg fit both in portrait and landscape, l-bracket
kills the fit in both orientations. Also, major nuisance, there is an
elastic band that runs across the space for the lens attached to the
body and it is too short both to fit under the lens and to be placed
above the lens in that the lens will then only go through with some
difficulty given the extra padding for the lens is left in place. Plus
there is no space for anything but photo gear, none at all. Too bad,
it really would have sat nicely on the back of my motorbike (not
useable as a motorcycle photo backpack as the extra front cover acts
as a balloon at high speeds).
