Got and read the book. I like the pictures in it and I appreciate the tips
and advice on how to access the venue, manage the shooting and the like.
What I find odd is that all pictures show conditions of very bright stage
lighting, allowing shutter speeds around 1/250-1/500 f/2.8 @ ISO 1600.
That's possible and very welcome, but also rather unusual in most concert
shooting, where 1/30-1/60 f/2.8 ISO 3200 is the average exposure condition,
while other situations require even slower shutter speeds or higher ISO
settings at f/2.8.
I'd like to see how the author manages such conditions.

Just doing some research and stumbled across this book about concert
photography, I know some of you enjoy it but ask occasionally about
lighting etc....
