The recent discussions about the A400/5.6 made me wonder about my copy and I gave it a torture test (didn't use it on the K20). Heavy overcast sky etc.

I did notice something odd, could the owners of this lens check this - Put the lens on f/8, look in the lens and use the preview function (the off on * switch) - Put the lens on A and set the aperture of the camera at f/8 look through the lens and use the preview button. My copy shows different closings of the aperture maybe half a stop. exposure is ok. If this isn't normal I think I have it scheduled for a checkup.
