Finally bought my own. No excited new user here since I was taking out demo units even before the K-x hit the stores; there is a thrill, however, to setting it up as my very own (i.e., the copyright and user preferences...). It started paying for itself the moment it left the store--I was shooting school graduations and corporate events with it. And one of my clients just conveniently called up to offer me a project that required a 12mp output; he knew I had a K10D (he had an 8mp Canon) and was wondering if we can rent out one...
I intended it to be the backup to my K10D but I was using it almost 100% of the time since I got it--never mind the focusing points issue, never mind the smallish viewfinder--I am enjoying the K-x! Will post photos of something later...
