Hi Paul, thanks for the comment, not sure how much I could crop as the
flags atop the bridge pylons are so close to the top edge of the frame
already.

Thanks Bob, the K-x is little cost for a whole lot of flexibility IMO.

Hi Sasha, thanks for commenting, to be honest the grass colour is
fairly accurate, maybe even a little under saturated in fact, you can
gauge by the skin tones of the lady in the frame there, the K-x seems
to do quite an impressive job of AWB. I guess that I could tone the
sign down a little but you'll note that it's a reflective sign not
actually an emissive neon and it's not really blown. The preference in
this case I guess is simply down to personal choice, technically I'm
pretty happy with it. Thanks again.

I know, I know, I could have been doing stuff like this a year or two
back had I bought a D700 ;-)

You got it Larry, I'm really liking what the K-x lets me do
photographically, it really opens up new possibilities at such a
ridiculous price point. Cheers!

LOL, thanks John. In truth it would have been really interesting to
see what it would have made of the image before I cropped off the
scalloped edges. Very interesting technology.

Cheers and thanks all who looked, learned and enjoyed!
