About the Crumpler web site, here's a treasure from the 2008 PDML Quotations List: "They're bending over so far to be cool that they've disappeared up their own bags and turned themselves inside out." Bob Walkden Their non-Flash site (which they condescendingly refer to as a "lo-fi site for users on slower connections, or for those who don't have Flash") is better, but still has poor navigation and way oversized images. Any of my students could easily get these images down to 1/4 of its current file size without noticeable loss of quality.
