I really like how you arranged and lit that, Paul. You managed to get everyone close together without being "chummy".

One minor niggle: the bright orange wall behind the dark brown hair of the 2nd assistant is giving her a kind of odd burnt orange halo. I think some Photoshopping of the loose hairs around her head would fix that.
