oh one more thing, a piece of advice from personal experience, card reader chipsets make a tremendous difference, too - I just picked up a digisol unit (you may not get that make in the US, they are assembeld in Germany so it is kinda endemic) and it has a UT335 chipset which is just awesome; I get nearly the full 20 MB/s of the 20 MB edition card and CF read speed with UDMA transfer exceeds 30 MB/s. A good card reader can save lots of time... again hth ecke
