Taken very near dusk, so it was dark. Brightened/contrasted up a tad, but
didn't use lighten shadows because that really made it too  bright...

Where is the mountain that formed that lenticular cloud? We see these forming all the time off the top of Mt. Rainier south of Seattle.

By the way, I love the shot. Even though it's probably not tilted, I would tilt it the other way just a bit to overcome the appearance of being tilted. A red Southwestern sunset ala Josef Muench would have pinned it!
